Ten days in The Cross of Selfless Leadership read your Formation: the vertical beam of who you are, the horizontal beam of how you treat people. That is the first dial. DIAL Lite reads the second: the Structure you lead inside, and the gap between the two.
Free. Forty-two statements, about six to eight minutes. Your answers stay on your device; nothing is submitted.
The same twenty starred statements from Appendix B. If you scored the Short Form on paper, the online pillar scores use the same four items per pillar and compare directly. Keep any Long Form reading separate; nine or ten items are a different measurement from four.
Twenty-two statements, one for each Gate in Appendix D, scored by the four lanes: Truth, Power, People, and Standards.
Which of the four patterns your two dials fit, Dual Integrity, Heroic Compensation, Hollow Structure, or Dual Weakness, and, when a reading sits in the transition band, which one it is drifting toward.
A single practice aimed at your lowest pillar, small enough to start this week.
Your three lowest Gates, each with a suggested repair move. Each is one answer, so read them as clues to where the lane score comes from; the Gates table in Appendix D is where the rest of the lane lives.
A preliminary Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary from the ten DIAL Leader Profiles™, scored the same way Appendix C shows on paper. Then the three read together: default mode under load, where the combination drifts, a ninety-day plan, and coaching questions. Nothing is gated.
Work one repair move. The results page offers a thirty-day calendar reminder; use it to check whether the move has taken hold. Put the real re-measure at ninety days, when the window you are rating is actually new, and compare two readings instead of relying on impressions.
A Team Story compiles individual readings, with consent recorded first and individual scores withheld below a minimum group size, into a shared picture of where weight is concentrating. It runs on DIAL Community, the free assessment Global Mission Support builds for churches, nonprofits, and lodges.
The Load-Bearing Leadership System™ develops the four lanes, the 22 Gates, and the repair protocols. The Load-Bearing Church™ (forthcoming) will do the same for congregations.
