Is This for You?

Built for Practitioners Who Work Inside Organizations

The certification is designed for coaches and consultants who work directly with leadership teams — not for individual leaders using the framework personally. If that's you, the book is your starting point.

🎯

Executive Coaches

Add structural diagnostics and implementation tools to your individual coaching practice. Stop working only on the person — start fixing what the person is compensating for.

🏗

Organizational Consultants

Give your engagements a precise diagnostic language. Replace vague "culture" conversations with specific Gate-level analysis and measurable reinforcement plans.

🎓

HR & L&D Leaders

Build internal capability around the framework. Run DIAL™ assessments, facilitate Formation journeys, and create structural accountability inside your own organization.

Nonprofit & Faith Leaders

The framework has a full faith-based adaptation — The Body Bears the Load™ — for ministry and church contexts. Practitioners in this lane receive specialized track support.

Certification Pathway

From Application to Certified Practitioner

The certification is rigorous by design — not a course you complete and forget. You emerge with a live engagement under your belt and the tools to run the next one independently.

1
Application & Orientation

Submit your application, complete a brief screening conversation, and receive orientation materials. Requires book ownership and one year of relevant experience minimum. 2 weeks.

2
Foundation Training (Self-Paced)

Complete the practitioner training modules — covering the Dual Integrity Model, all 22 Gates, the DIAL™ assessment platform, and the facilitation methodology. Approximately 20 hours. 4–6 weeks.

3
Supervised Case Engagement

Run one complete engagement with a client organization — from diagnostic through 90-day review — with supervision and feedback from a senior practitioner. 90 days.

4
Assessment & Calibration

Submit case documentation for review. Complete the DIAL™ calibration assessment to ensure scoring consistency. Receive written feedback. 2 weeks.

5
Certified Practitioner Status

Receive formal certification, Certified badge, listing in the practitioner directory, and access to the full ongoing community. Annual renewal includes one documented case. Ongoing.

What You Gain

Practitioner Outcomes

Diagnostic Precision

Replace vague assessments with a 22-Gate diagnostic that locates specific structural failures — giving you and your clients a shared, precise vocabulary for what's breaking.

Complete Tool Library

Licensed access to the full practitioner toolkit — assessment instruments, facilitation guides, slide decks, and implementation trackers. No building from scratch.

Measurable ROI Language

Every engagement produces ROI data — friction cost, turnover cost, decision delay. You present outcomes in numbers your clients' finance teams understand and respect.

Practitioner Community

Access to a community of certified practitioners sharing cases, facilitating peer review, and collaborating on complex organizational engagements.

Referral Network

Certified practitioners are listed in the public directory and receive referrals from the main site — organizations looking for implementation support in their region or sector.

Annual Renewal Support

Annual certification includes continued access to new tools, updated materials, and one documented case review — keeping your practice current as the framework evolves.
